The learned A.G.P. has taken instructions and submits that, considering the entire sequence of events in the litigation, which finally culminated into an order dated 05/06/2023, passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal, Aurangabad, steps were initiated by the Revenue Department with the letter dated 07/06/2022. He further submits that, this Court may grant a timeline, within which the proceeding can be culminated into handing over of the physical possession of the property. 2.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner is agreeable.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. The Revenue Authorities shall ensure that the order of the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, dated 10/11/2021, which has now attained finality, will be executed within 30 days from today. 4.
