The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 3 to forward the proposal for the inclusion of the petitioner's name in the Shalarth Pranali to respondent No. 2. The learned AGP, upon instructions from Respondent No. 3, makes a statement that respondent No. 3 would forward the said proposal to respondent No. 2 within four weeks from today. The said statement is taken as an undertaking.
