Having perused the case diary, it is noticed that the applicants are booked in Crime No.I-221/2015 for offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. There is prima facie evidence available against the applicants, as the statements of the eye witnesses depict that the applicants are involved in the commission of crime in question.

The main accused Rohit Pawar is absconding since the date of commission of crime. In the light of above referred background, in my opinion, the custodial interrogation of the applicants is need of the hour.

As such, no case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out. The Criminal Application fails, stands dismissed. ( N.W. SAMBRE, J.) vvr
