s proposal for approval of his appointment dated 17.08.2022, tendered by the management, is still pending with the Education Officer (Secondary).

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.4 that the pending proposal would be considered in the light of the rules and the policies applicable by scrutinizing all relevant documents pertaining to the appointment of the Petitioner and the same be decided within a period of 60 days from today.
