1] These are applications for stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court. The learned counsel for the respondent/original claimants submits that despite conditional stay granted by this court on depositing the amount, there is no response from the appellant/Acquiring Body. Period of 8 weeks has already expired and stay granted by this Court has been vacated automatically. He prayed for issuance of directions to the appellant Acquiring Body for depositing the amount in this court.
2] Learned counsel for the appellant Acquiring Body submits that in some of the matters, the Acquiring Body has deposited the amount and the process of budgetary allocation is in progress and he will deposit the amount as early as possible in this matter after requisite sanction from the

3] In view of the aforesaid submission, it is hereby made clear that there is no stay to the implementation and execution of the impugned award by the learned Reference Court. Accordingly, the applications for stay stand disposed of.
