The learned Advocate representing respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits on instructions that the entire dues of the petitioners would be cleared on or before 15.11.2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the amount may be paid in two equal installments so that the petitioners would receive some amount before the Diwali Festival. khs/Oct.2022/636

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to ensure that 50% of the dues are paid to the petitioners on or before 21.10.2022 and the remainder 50% of the amount would be paid on or before 15.11.2022.
