This application is filed by insurance company for withdrawal of no fault liability amount deposited by it. 2.

Learned advocate for the insurance company submits that first appeal filed by it was dismissed with a direction to the Tribunal to decide the claim petition within six months. The claim petition was thereafter dismissed by the Tribunal against the insurance company. The no fault liability amount deposited by it is sought to be withdrawn by this application. 3.

In the light of above circumstances, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
