The petitioner is awaiting decision by the respondent/Deputy Director of Education on the proposal forwarded by the Principal dated 22 December 2020 (Exhibit - G) for grant of approval to his appointment.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No. 2 to take appropriate decision on the proposal of the petitioner (Exhibit - G), if it has not been already taken. Same may be taken on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today. The decision shall be comprehensive covering all the ground if at all it is to be rejected.
