Learned counsel for the parties concur on that as yet, tribe claim of petitioner is pending with the respondent no. 2. 2.

In the circumstances, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent no. 2 - the scheduled tribe certificate scrutiny committee, Aurangabad division, Aurangabad to decide pending tribe claim of petitioner within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

In the circumstances, the operation of interim relief to continue until decision by the committee. Petitioner to co-operate with the scrutiny committee in the pending proceedings. 4.

Writ petition is disposed of.
