This is an application filed by the original claimants/applicants for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court. Mr.Chapalgaonkar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent/Insurance Company has no objection to pay the amount of compensation of Rs. 25,000/-. Hence the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs. 25,000/- together with interest, if any. 2.

The amount of compensation shall be paid to the applicants No. 1 to 6 by issuing separate account-payee 1/2

cheques in their names.

Civil Application is disposed of.
