The learned Prosecutor submits on instructions from the Police Naik Shri. Garud that the applicant was arrested on 21st June, 2020 and has been granted regular bail on 15th September, 2020 by the learned Trial Court. This application is therefore rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, this application is disposed off, as being infructuous.
