The counsel for both sides are absent. It is necessary to ascertain the ownership of the concerned house and the extent of the house. Question of appreciation of Section 19 of the Domestic Violence Act is involved in this matter.

This matter is of 2012. On behalf of the learned counsel for Petitioners, it is mentioned that counsel on record has gone out of Aurangabad. Similar reason is given for learned counsel for Respondent also. Looking to the fact that Petition is old, the same is being adjourned, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/-(Rupees One Thousand) to be paid to the State by the Petitioners within two weeks from today.

If the costs are paid by 8th February 2016, the Petition be listed thereafter. In default, the Petition shall be treated as dismissed without back reference to Court.
