The petitioner's proposal for validation of his Bagwan OBC certificate is pending with the respondent/District Caste Scrutiny Committee, Nanded, apparently since 2022. The petitioner needs early decision to ensure his admission through NEET-UG-2024, having secured 381 marks.

It is also being pointed out that the Committee by communication dated 04 July 2024 had called upon the Head Master of the School with record on 18 July 2024. 3.

Considering exigency, we dispose of the writ petition with a request to the Committee to consider petitioner's urgency and decide the proposal as early as possible.
