The Petitioners have put-forth prayer clause-A and B as under: "A.

The Petitioners are praying to quash and set aside the transfer order/list dated 17/02/2023 to the extent of petitioners, issued by respondent authority by violating the norms/parameters of Government Resolution dated 07/04/2021 and in respect of special category part- IV.

B.

The petitioner is praying to consider their applications under couple convenience for the academic year June 2023 to April 2024, petitioners be permitted to submit their online application when portal is open for the transfer of academic year June 2023 to April 2024."

The learned advocate for the Petitioners submits on instructions that the transfers deploying teachers for the academic year 2023-2024, are already completed.

On the request of the Court, Shri Bondar the learned advocate has appeared as he is on the panel of the Latur Zilla Parishad. He submits that as and when the online portal will be opened for applicants to apply for inter district transfer on couple convenience basis for the academic year June 2024 - April 2025, the Petitioners can apply and if the applications are in order, the same would be considered.

In the light of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty as is prayed for.
