Leave is granted to correct the title of respondent No. 2. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Petitioners' proposals for validation of their tribe certificates are pending with the respondent/Scrutiny Committee. 3.

It is being pointed out that by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No. 8432 of 2020 dated 18 December 2020, the petitioners' real sister Aishwarya was directed to be issued with a certificate of validity subject to usual conditions. 4.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that a vigilance enquiry was conducted in the matter of Aishwarya and

2 wp 9017.24 she had filed response. The petitioners are ready to adopt both. A specific request has also been made to the Committee by moving applications after applications.

Since one of the petitioners intends to secure admission through MAH-MBA/MMS-CET 2024 in the current admission process, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the Committee to consider all the aforementioned facts and decide the proposals as expeditiously as possible.
