In the present appeals the State Government as AGP/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.14557/2015gr well as the original claimants are the respondents. In all these matters, for the State authorities and the State, the learned A.G.P. has entered his appearance. Mr. S.R.Shirsat, learned Counsel, has waived service for all original claimants in the respective Reference applications, who are respondents in the present matters. Service complete.

Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that in CA No.12427/2014, along with three connected matters, arising out of same award and same acquisition proceedings, this Court ( Coram: S.V.Gangapurwala, J.) vide order passed on 9th October, 2015, has condoned the delay caused in filing the said appeals. Learned Counsel submitted that more or less the delay occurred in filing the appeal is for the same period and for same reasons. Learned Counsel has, therefore, prayed for condonation of delay. Learned Counsel appearing for the original claimant has not seriously opposed for condoning the delay. In the result, following order is passed:

ORDER

1.

The Civil Applications for condonation of delay are allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. Appeals be registered in accordance with law. Civil Applications disposed of.
