This is an application for condonation of delay of 426 days in filing appeal. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to weak financial condition and for the reasons mentioned in the application, delay may be condoned.

Learned AGP opposed the application on the ground that no date of knowledge of the award is given in the application.

Considering the weak financial condition of the applicant, delay of 426 days caused in filing appeal deserves to be condoned.

Accordingly, Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 426 days is condoned, subject to condition that the applicant will not be entitled to interest for the delayed period.
