Heard learned counsel for the applicant in Criminal Application No. 2384 of 2020. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed off accordingly.

Learned counsel for the applicant in Bail Application No. 1411 of 2020, on instructions, seeks leave to withdrawn this Bail Application. Learned counsel for the applicant however submits that the applicant is 19 years of age languished in jail since 06.06.2020 and thus, liberty may be vre/-

28-BA-1411-2020.odt granted to the applicant to move for bail in case if the trial is not commenced within a period of six months.

Leave granted. Bail Application No. 1411 of 2020 is disposed off as withdrawn. The applicant is a young person having no criminal history. Considering the same, in the event the trial is not commenced within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of this order, the applicant would be at liberty to file an application for regular bail before the trial court.
