Heard. This is an application seeking condonation of delay and for restoration of the writ petition dismissed in default. 2.

Since it is a matter of challenge to the order passed by the scrutiny committee, for the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed, delay is condoned and he writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits costs of Rs.2000/- in this Court within two weeks and also removes the office objections within that time.
