Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the applicant has an apprehension of danger to his life at the hands of the applicant, who has been granted bail by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangamner. However, he has no any material to satisfy the Court that his apprehension of danger to his life is reasonable. He also has no case that the applicant has breached the bail conditions, nor the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge is arbitrary and perverse.
