Writ petition No. 3289 of 2023 is allowed by this Court, by order dated 25th July, 2023.

Learned advocate for the applicants state that original petitioner Babulal Lalsing Rajputhas expired on 5th June, 2023 and this fact was informed to the learned advocate for the applicants, after passing of the order by this Court on 25th July, 2023.

The applicants, therefore, seek permission to bring legal representatives of original petitioner Babulal Lalsing Rajput on

Upon hearing the learned advocate for the applicants and the learned Assistant Government Pleader and for the reasons stated in the civil application, the application is allowed. 5.

The applicants are permitted to amend the writ petition and bring themselves on record of the writ petition, as legal representatives of original petitioner Babulal Lalsing Rajput. Consequently, clause V of the order dated 25th July, 2023 passed in Writ Petition No.3289 of 2023 shall be modified to the effect that the petitioners shall not be entitled for interest from 30th September, 2002 till 15th September, 2023. After amendment is carried out modified writ be issued.
