The application is filed for modification of clause-iv of the operative order passed by this court on 13-07-2023. It is stated that since the amount recovered from the applicant is Rs.10,47,140/- though this court has directed to adjust the said amount in the bill, it is stated that considering the amount of bill which is around Rs.12,000/- per month it would take long period to adjust the amount. It is submitted that authorities have accepted to refund the amount instead of adjusting it in the bill. Since both the parties have agreed to modify the clause, this

Assessment period shall be only 12 months.

The authorities shall refund the amount which is collected in excess within a period of six months from today to respondent No.1.
