The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though there are more than one prayers in the petition, the petitioner restricts the petition to the prayer seeking directions to the respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 6th September, 2014 within three months from today.
On perusal of the copy of the representation which is placed on record, we find that the said is hand written and not readable and also there is doubt whether it is signed by the petitioner or not. In that view of the matter, the petitioner if so
8687.14wp advised, may file a typed representation duly signed by him containing minute details in respect of service, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three weeks from today.
In case, such representation is filed within three weeks from today, respondent No.2 to decide the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months after filing such representation. We make it clear that if no such representation is filed within three weeks from today, the respondent No.2 is not bound by the direction given in this order. Petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
