These are the applications for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent-Acquiring Body.

The learned counsel for the applicants tenders on record a common order dated 07.04.2025 passed in identical matters permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount on furnishing undertaking and further 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security. 1/2

The learned counsel for the respondent-acquiring body opposes the applications.

There is no serious dispute regarding the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants. I do not find any difficulty in permitting the applicants to receive the amount in tune with the earlier order passed by the coordinate bench on 07.04.2025.

The Civil Applications are allowed permitting the applicants to receive 75% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and further 25% of the amount on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
