This writ petition is filed against an order directing the petitioner to pay interim maintenance in the proceeding filed under the provisions of PWDVA Act which is still pending before the Court of learned JMFC, Aurangabad. Being only against an interim order of maintenance, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. At this stage, however, the petitioner prays for direction to the trial Court to decide the proceedings bearing PWDVA No.378 of 2020 pending before the learned JMFC, Aurangabad.

The learned JMFC, Aurangabad, is requested to decide the Ethape

( 2 ) 15-WP-1137-2025 proceeding bearing PWDVA No. 378 of 2020 as early as possible and preferably within nine months from today as the said proceeding is pending since 2020.
