In writ petition no. 10038 of 2023, it has been addressed to the Eduction Officer (Primary) when it ought to have been addressed to the Chief Executive Officer.

Be that as it may. We dispose of the writ petitions by directing the petitioners to put up fresh representations to the Chief Executive Officer, Parbhani which shall be considered and decided on their own merits by the Chief Executive Officer as expeditiously as possible and in any case within six weeks from the date of receipt of the representations.
