PER COURT :- The learned A.G.P for the State tenders a copy of letter dated 11th February, 2022 issued by the Education Ofcer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Beed to Head Master of the School of petitioner No.1 granting approval to the appointment of the petitioner from the date of transfer i.e. 1st August 2016. Copy of letter is taken on record. In view of order dated 11th February 2022, impugned communication dated 9th December 2019 passed by respondent No.2 to the extent of

35- W.P. No. 202-2021.odt determining the date of approval to be on 1st August, 2019 is quashed and set-aside.

In view of order dated 11th February, 2022 issued by the Education Ofcer (Secondary), learned A.G.P states that nothing survives in this petition.

In view of letter dated 11th February 2022 this Court has only quashed the impugned communication dated 9th December, 2019 to the extent of determining the date of approval as 1st August 2019 in stead of 1st August 2016. The respondents are directed to implement the said order dated 11th February, 2022 within one week from today. The name of the petitioner shall be included in the Shalarth Pranali by giving consequential beneft in view of letter dated 11th February, 2022 within four weeks from today.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. 5.
