The contention of petitioner is respondent nos.5 and 6 have carried out illegal construction and respondent nos. 3 and 4 are not taking any action in the matter.

Mr. Tope, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos.3 and 4 submits that already notices are issued in relation to illegal construction and appropriate steps will be taken within a period of twelve weeks from today.

In view of aforesaid statement made on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4, writ petition stands disposed of.

In case if respondent nos.5 and 6 are served with the notices by respondent nos. 3 and 4, it shall be open for them to contest the same by tendering their explanation / may question the same before the competent authority.
