This application is filed on merits of the matter for quashing of F.I.R.. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter is now settled and therefore, he prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to file an application for quashing on the ground of settlement.

In view of disposal of this application, nothing further survives in criminal application No. 1384 of 2022 and the same is also disposed of.
