A) IN CONCERNED APPEALS :

Leave to correct some of the names of respondents-claimants in some appeals. Correction be carried out forthwith. B) IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR STAY :

Since the applicant - acquiring body has deposited the amount of compensation as directed by this court under order

3 927 to 930 ca 2013-23+ dated 26/07/2021, the applications are made absolute in terms prayer clause-B and disposed of accordingly.

C) IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR DELAY :

1.

The appellant - acquiring body in all these applications is seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned therein, which appear to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay periods in all these applications stand condoned. 2.

The appeals be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any. Applications are accordingly disposed of. D) IN CIVIL APPLICATIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL OF COMPENSATION AMOUNT :

The respective applicants in all these applications are seeking withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited by the appellant - acquiring body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 4.

This court vide order dated 15/02/2023 in connected matters had permitted the applicants therein to withdraw the deposited amount alongwith the interest. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amounts, which are 50% of the amounts of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.
