The petitioner has been permitted to appear for B.D.S. examination by virtue of an interim order granted by this Court on 13.03.2015.

It is informed that the petitioner did appear for B.D.S. examination, however, as a result of failure of the petitioner to submit validity certificate, Respondent No.3 has not declared result of examination.

In the circumstances, we direct Respondent No.3 to declare result of the petitioner in respect of B.D.S. examination. The petitioner shall be permitted to prosecute further studies. It is informed that in Writ Petition No.1395/2017, presented by the petitioner, the Scrutiny Committee has already

{2} wp867114.odt been directed to decide the proposal in respect of verification of caste certificate of the petitioner within a period of one year from the date of the order passed in the said matter. In view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.1395 of 2017, the Scrutiny Committee need not be issued any further direction, in the instant matter.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
