This motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 10.11.2025 by which we set aside the order of Scrutiny Committee and remanded the matter back to the Committee for afresh consideration.

Learned advocate for the petitioner states that three months time is granted to the Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner. He submits that petitioner will appear before the Committee on 24.11.2025 and this may be mentioned in the order. 3.

In the start of paragraph 4 following sentence be added; "The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 24.11.2025." Bhagyawant Punde
