The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the scrutiny committee against the order rejecting application for issuance of tribe certificate is pending since February 2020. The same is not yet decided.

In case, appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No. 1, then respondent No. 1 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from today.
