We have perused the order passed by this Court on 22/02/2022. 2.

The learned AGP submits that, as one of the members of the Scrutiny Committee has undergone knee surgery, he is on leave. However, it is assured that the validation proceedings preferred by the petitioner, which are closed for orders, would be decided on or before 21/10/2022.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner is agreeable.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. The order in the pending proposal of the petitioner shall be passed on or before 21/10/2022. It be noted that there would be no extension of time. 5.

In the event of an adverse order being passed against the petitioner, though in the backdrop of two validity certificates having been granted to the father and the paternal aunt, such order shall not be effected for a period of 15 days.

Needless to state we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case.
