By this Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India the petitioner is challenging the order dated 01.08.2023 invalidating his caste claim as belonging to 'Mannervarlu', Scheduled Tribe.

The petitioner has filed Civil Application No.10897 of 2025 and wish to place on record certain documents on the basis of which his caste claim would be considered consisting of a document of 1358 Fasli, Narwade/

934-wp-10032-2023.odt showing caste of petitioner's grandfather as 'Mannervarlue'. 5.

Considering the fact that the petitioner wants to rely on the document which is placed on record after the order being passed by Respondent No.2-Committee, we deem it appropriate to allow the Writ Petition partly by setting aside the impugned order and remanding the matter back to Respondent No.2-Committee to consider the documents placed on record before this Court.

Respondent No.2-Committee should also consider the other documents on which the petitioner is relying upon and give sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to establish his caste claim and take appropriate decision in accordance with law. The said exercise be done within a period of four months from today.

With these directions, Writ Petition disposed of. 8.
