This is an application for condoantion of delay of 449 days caused in filing the appeal. According to the applicant, the delay has been caused due to the procedure to be followed including the opinion of the Law and Judiciary department and after sanction, proposal was sent to the concerned department and then after going through necessary documents the appeal is filed.
