Learned counsel for the petitioner is absent. The matter was filed in August, 2017 and found that date the petitioner and his counsel has not turned up to press the present matter. Following relief is claimed into present matter.

"20(A) By issue of Writ of Mandamus or orders or any other appropriate directions in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, the respondent No. 4 officer in charge of the Shivaji Nagar Police Station, Latur may be directed not to take any step to register the FIR/Complaint against the petitioners until the decision of present Criminal Writ Petition"

Aforesaid relief shows that the proceeding is misconceived. Such relief cannot be granted and such blanket order cannot be made in favour of the petitioner. The petition is dismissed.
