Having heard respective counsel, the following order is passed :

ORDER

(i) Respondent no.1 is directed to report compliance of the order dated 20th August, 2019 passed in Writ Petition No.5491 of 2012 thereby de-reserving the property of petitioner from development plan as has been prayed by the respondent - Municipal Council in its communication dated 27th January, 2023. (ii) We expect respondent no.1 to place the compliance report before this Court as referred above as regards the dereservaton of the property of petitioner within a period of four months from

today.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
