The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since ten years. The same is not yet decided. 2.

Considering the above, we pass the following order. 3.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 01.03.2021.
