1] The Appeals are filed by the acquiring body and stay has been granted on depositing 60% of the amount of compensation as directed by the Reference Court. 2] The present Civil Applications are filed to withdraw the amount deposited by the acquiring body in this Court.

3] The learned counsel for the applicants has produced the order dated 24th March, 2023 passed in Civil Application No.3561 of 2023 in First Appeal Stamp No.5040

10862.23CA of 2021 along with connected matters wherein this Court permitted the applicants to withdraw entire 60% amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon till date. 4] In view of the order passed by this Court in connected matters, the applicants are permitted to withdraw entire 60% amount of compensation deposited in this Court along with interest accrued thereon till date on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this court.
