PER COURT :- 1) The applicant is seeking withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Zilla Perishad in this Court in pursuance to the directions issued by this court on 17th June, 2015. In view of the order passed by this Court dated 17th June, 2015, in the facts and circumstances of this case, we deem it proper to permit the applicant to withdraw the amount unconditionally since it is not disputed before us that the land to the extent of 6 acres and 30 gunthas belonging to the applicant is taken in possession without initiating land acquisition proceedings for the public purpose in the year 2008, and it is accordingly directed.

Civil Application is disposed of.
