This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicant has been arrested in connection with Crime No.483/2021, registered at Pundliknagar Police Station, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7, 8 9(L), 9(N), 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

Heard. Perused the First Information Report (FIR) and related police papers.

The applicant is the father of the informant. He is in jail since 07.12.2021. The informant and his sister are present before this Court. They have no objection to grant bail to their father. 4.

Considering the allegations in the FIR and the fact that the applicant is behind the bars for little over nine months and in view of no objection of the informant, the application is allowed. Hence, following order:

O R D E R

(i) The Bail Application is allowed.

(ii)The applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No.483/2021, registered at Pundliknagar Police Station, Aurangabad, District Aurangabad, for the offences punishable under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 7, 8 9(L), 9(N), 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, on his executing P. R. bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with surety bond of the like amount.

(iii)The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence.
