We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. We have perused the order dated 30.04.2019, passed by this Court in WP No.5549/2018, filed by the Petitioner. The Petitioner's husband is in private business. The ground for mutual transfer is not available to her under any of the Government Resolutions. The only option for her is to move an online application in the next general transfers, which are scheduled in between March 2025 to May 2025. She has the liberty of offering 30 options.

In view of the above, the Zilla Parishad would consider the eligibility of the Petitioner in the light of her options expressed in the next general transfer, provided there is no other legal impediments. 3.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
