This petition is filed for giving direction to the Collector to decide the representations submitted by the petitioners on 12.08.2012 and 27.08.2012.

Petitioner no.1 is Sarpanch and petitioner no.2 is Upa-Sarpanch of Karkatta Village Panchayat. It is the grievance of the petitioners that behind their back, respondent no.5 - Gramsevak has given no-objection certificate to respondent no.6 for starting Beer Bar and Hotel when a resolution was already passed by the Village Panchayat, Karkatta that the Village Panchayat will not issue no-objection certificate for starting Beer Bar in the said village.

It is the contention of the petitioners that forged documents are prepared by respondent nos.5 and 6 when there was no resolution to issue no-objection certificate for starting Beer Bar and Hotel to respondent no.6.

As the representations were submitted on 12.08.2012 and 27.08.2012, the Authority is expected to take a decision on the representations within two months from the date of this order. 6.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
