The limited grievance is made by the petitioner to decide his representation. According to the petitioner, respondent No. 5 has made encroachment on the public road.

We need not go into the merits of the matter. The respondent Nos. 2 to 4 may consider the application of the petitioner in accordance with law and as may be permissible in law expeditiously after following principles of natural justice.
