Mr.Kazi, learned counsel for applicants submits that respondent no.9 is served by private service. 2] Learned counsel for respective parties submit that today the matter is kept before WAKF Tribunal for final hearing of the main application itself. Mr.Kazi, learned counsel submits that notice is issued by Regional Wakf Officer that they would take possession on 4/11/2015.

3] Considering the fact that the matter is now kept for final hearing before Wakf tribunal, interest of justice would be sub served by asking the parties to maintain status quo as on today. Mr.Qureshi, learned counsel submits that he appears for respondent nos.1 to 7. Mr.Kazi, learned counsel seeks leave to delete

4] Parties shall maintain status quo till disposal of the application filed by the present applicants. It is made clear that I have not considered the contentions of the respective parties on merits. The same are kept open. Civil Revision Application is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
