Shri Kadethankar, the learned Advocate appears on behalf of the respondent-Insurance Company and has addressed us. 2.

We find that necessary steps, in accordance with law, will have to be initiated by respondent No. 6 and the true beneficiary of the crop insurance scheme would be paid the amount as is legally admissible. 3.

We have perused the report of the Committee dated 03-11-2020 and we find that the compensation as quantified by the Competent Committee has not been questioned or challenged by the Insurance Company. The obligation of the Insurance Company, for which crop insurance premium is obtained, will have to be discharged expeditiously. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off by granting time to respondent No. 6-Insurance Company to make the payment on or before 31st May, 2022, as quantified by the Competent Committee. ( S.G. DIGE ) ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE ) JUDGE JUDGE mtk
