The petitioners seek release of vehicle.

The appeal was filed by the petitioners against seizure of vehicle. Appeal is dismissed. The learned counsel for petitioners submits that, the petitioners have also filed second appeal and same is pending.

As the second appeal is already pending, we are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. The petitioners may prosecute their appeal.
