Though the judgment is pronounced on 25.07.2012, the present civil application seeking correction of date in para 3 of the judgment dated 25.07.2012 is filed on 03.09.2015. 2.

Mr. Tele, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the dates of communications are 09.08.2005 and 18.02.2010. However, in para 3 of the judgment dated 25.07.2012 instead of '18.02.2010', the same is recorded as '10.02.2010'.

Mr. Shah, the learned counsel for the respondent accepts that, factually the said date ought to be '18.02.2010' instead of '10.02.2010'.

In the light of above, the date "18.02.2010" be substituted in place of "10.02.2010" in para No. 3 of judgment dated 25.07.2012.

Necessary corrections be carried out.

The civil application is disposed of.
