1] Learned counsel for the applicant states that the parties are served. None appeared for the Zilla Parishad, Beed, though served. No affidavit is filed by any of the respondents.

2] We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned AGP for the respondent no.1 and have

CA 15221/15 in CA 2563/13 in WP 6776/10 - 2 - perused the averments made in the civil application. 3] We are satisfied that the applicant has sufficiently explained the delay of six days in filing the civil application and has made out a case for restoration of the Civil Application No.2563/2013 alongwith Review Application.

4] The order dated 19.6.2015 passed by this Court in Civil Application No.2563/2015 is recalled. Civil Application No.2563/2015 is restored to file. Place the Civil Application No.2563/2015 on Board on 1.11.2017. 5] Civil Application No.15221/2015 is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
